As the smoke clears for 2013...
- Push up goal - 26,000. I've done 26,019.
 - Planks goal - 43,800 seconds. I've done 40,803.
 - Rowing goal - 1,000,000 meters. I've rowed 1,008,977 meters.
 - Walking goal - 300 miles. I'm done.
 - Aikido wasn't a goal but it became one - 6th Kyu
 
As we flip into 2014 I have a new set of goals but most importantly I've had a brain shift. This year I'm taking people where I've gone. Join me :)
